About

Dr. Diana Dill is a consulting and coaching psychologist, social scientist, educator, and behavioral health provider. With over 30 years of practice, Dr. Dill has been privileged to help hundreds of talented physicians, advanced practice clinicians, scientists, and entrepreneurs to lead confidently, thrive professionally, work effectively with others, and deliver outstanding service to patients. 


A graduate of Brown and Harvard Universities, Dr. Dill continues to find that her training in developmental psychology⁠—the unfolding of human potential through the life span⁠—is an excellent foundation for empowering those who wish to develop extraordinary competencies. Post-graduate training in organizational psychology showed her how to apply systemic change principles to the workplace. Additional post-graduate training in cognitive-behavior therapy taught her to apply personal change principles to empower clients to achieve their goals.


Since the changes to the healthcare industry in the early 2010s, Dr. Dill has dedicated herself to translating for medicine and the life sciences the wealth of knowledge available to us in the behavioral sciences. She founded Working Together For Health℠ to help medical workplaces and individual clinicians thrive in difficult times.


Dr. Dill is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, the Institute of Coaching, and the Federation of State Physician Health Programs. She has been on faculty at Physician Health Services of the Mass Medical Society and at the Institute for Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and an advisor to the Wellness Committee of the American Dental Association. She has authored 30+ publications and spoken widely to professional groups.
