About

Dr. Cathy Lanteri specializes in helping healthcare leaders and providers navigate complex behavioral and organizational challenges. She coaches them to master the complicated interplay between emotional, cultural, and interpersonal differences. Clients learn how to enhance productivity by defusing conflicts and supporting people’s strengths.

With her unique expertise in human behavior, medicine, and leadership coaching, Dr. Lanteri's clients find success in unusually difficult and complex circumstances where mainstream approaches often fail. Using research-based coaching methods and her deep knowledge of human and organizational dynamics, she guides leaders to learn new ways to relate to others and better manage individual, team, and systemic problems.

Her tailored approach begins with understanding the organizational context of the issues before collaborating with those involved to define the factors to address and the goals to achieve. As clients strengthen their abilities to navigate challenges, stresses decrease, and team-building increases. This leads to heightened productivity, innovation, and increased staff and patient satisfaction. Dr. Lanteri's warm, non-judgmental, and confident style plus her respect for her clients' strengths, helps leaders quickly trust the coaching process and achieve measurable success.
